I also saw this and best I could guess is that it increases wrath per second in bear by the same amount, but I have not tested it yet.Quote:

I can confirm that Animalistic increases Wrath generation by +2 every 3s now in bear-form, resulting in a total of +3/3s.
If you think about it from a programming perspective, it didn't actually reduce Wrath regen by 2; It's much more likely that it added +2/3s, resulting in a net loss of only 1/3s. I realize not everyone may have a background in programming to know this, but it's often how these types of things work in most software systems.
