New Beorning, trying to decide on profession

With the new armor changes, trying to decide on profession. I am on Anor, so honestly, this might not even matter.

I was going to go Explorer, for the tailoring, and selling the ore and lumber.

Reading the patch notes, it looks like medium is still good for us till 116, which well on the Legendary server, wont be awhile. So guessing Explorer is still good. But not sure when the change to us being heavy wearers kicks in.

Thanks, guess I need to switch over to something else than Explorer then. Will probably switch over to Metalsmith. So I can make my medium till 20, with Tailoring, then switch to Heavy once 20, with the Metalsmith.

Go metalworking. Now we wear heavy, and with next patch profesions will get some love. New craftable/ usable/ armors and stuf.

Im of the mindset that if you do not have them every account needs a cook and scholar first, you level up fine with quest gear and weapons.
