Please help, I'm looking for this item to complete the set but I don't know where it drops. The LotroWiki provides 0 information on this and literally says, "Unknown".
Please advise if you might know where this drops. I've farmed Skumfil over and over and can say it doesn't drop at all there. (Both sides)

Earring is a common drop tbh

That high stats at 60? Are they completely insane?
Oh, never mind, stats on gear at 100 120 is now into the thousands.
Useless, completely useless! All the while, everyone on leg server screams for more mob morale and more mob damage.
NERF THE GEAR for Eru's sake.

calm yourself. those stats actually look normal for level 60 moria stuff or have you forgotten what the moria armour stats looked like? :rolleyes:
