Items

• The Tome of the Sky of a Perfect Day Kite has been added to the Anniversary Event, available to barter for Anniversary Tokens.

Quests and other Adventure Areas

• Monster hit point buffs for Moria were accidentally reverted in the previous game build. This has now been fixed.
• Several scaling instances were accidentally lacking their tier 2 difficulty buffs. They have been restored.
• Legendary Worlds:
  
  • The Standard Anniversary Scavenger Hunt Week 1 quests that require high level objectives are no longer available when the level cap is below 105. This reduces confusion over which quests to pick up, and prevents an issue where a quest cannot yet be completed due to being unable to reach a higher level landscape. NOTE: Anyone who already has the high level quests underway can complete the quests if able and turn them in for rewards. Anyone who has completed the week 1 high level Anniversary Scavenger Hunt quests will continue to see Week 2 quests on Waldo Rumble, and the Scrolls hanging from the Party Tree.
