Horrible scaling of instances

Last night me and some kinnies with 2 people from world tried to run a bells T2C at 130. Long story short it was a flop and I want to bring to peoples attention how horribly the instance has scaled. 90K dmg per tick on these bleeds and the hit pretty fast. Most of us died within seconds. Healer got killed outside of the boss room. We tried 2 healers and we tried 2 tanks to no avail. Please fix the scaling some players enjoy the older content and would like to see it playable at cap. I've been playing for a while and have never seen a boss fight fail that hard.
