Characters/Game Inaccessable

Hello,

All of my characters are stuck on the closed world of Windfola, as is the max level kinship and all it's items which I control.

I am attempting to return to the game but cannot transfer my characters to an active game world and so cannot play the game after redownloading and updating my account information.

I understand that transfers were stopped because of a currency issue, but none of those currencies affect me since they didn't exist when I was playing just before the server closed.

Please reconsider the ban on character transfers from closed worlds, as this prevents me from playing. I have no interest in returning to the game if my past investments count for nothing.

I have submitted a ticket for this to further humbly beseech Standing Stone to consider my case.

I am missing a Dwarf character I had on one of the servers that have been dropped. People have mentioned a transfer tool but I have looked everywhere and not found anything.

Server transfers have been disabled (and the usual transfer button in the launcher after logging in is missing) since shortly before the launch of Minas Morgul. We have been given no ETA as to when transfers will be available again, and yes, it sucks and has been a bummer, esp since we have also have no info or guarantees as to whether shared storage transfers (previously free with no cooldowns between servers in the same region) will be returning. I suspect it'll be a frequently asked question in upcoming official streams from community manager Cordovan.
