1. DPS is fairly decent but bear isn’t currently taken as a main DOS class, more likely to heal or tankQuote:

2. Like any melee class, physical mastery and crit are the main stats needed for damage. There are nice pieces of gear at endgame now that have might, physical mastery, critical and outgoing healing etc. which is nice for a bear or captain build.

4. 2H for maximum damage output. Some say dual-world for healing spec is better.
4. I also dual wield in the tanking Blue line, since you don't need a 2H to block in that line. My offhand has extra finesse and max. morale. Damage is not as important in Blue as it is in Red as long as you know how to use your taunts correctly and are skilled in threat copy. My tanking LI does have some damage legacies so that I'm not a total Everlast punching bag.
