Also adding my appreciation! I spent a good hour wandering around Minas Tirith (Midsummer) and listening to the music with a huge grin on my face the whole time. Loved all the remixes, but the Shire theme with the addition of the drum beat in particular made my jaw drop.Quote:

I also want to praise the new music arrangements of old tracks in midsommer MT. Since i'm a fan of, lets say 80% of all music in the game (I didn't like the music with to much violins in it) this is really awesome! Thx for that.
I have to add my voice to the chorus of appreciation for the work in this update. Its both entirely familiar, evocative, and respects what has come before...and remixed, fresh and celebratory for the wedding. The music talent in this game now and throughout its 13 year history is one of LOTRO's amazing strengths.

Will it be officially released like the OSTs from the last few updates?
Also is it possible at all to get OSTs released for so many of the other areas of the game?
For example, I'd love one for all of Gondor.

Also, the music for the Ered Mithrin update is some of my favorite ever, I go there sometimes to hang out just so I can listen to it. :)
The music in this update is great, can't have good scenery without good music to go along with it :)
