Anyone have tips on the best current relics for healing minnie?
Particularly since you get 4 runes of Three Peaks to choose from....

Sword/Club: Setting of Brutality, Gem of 3 Peaks, Rune of 3 Peaks, Device of Insight (fate not will!)
Book: Setting of Brutality, Gem of Vitality, Rune of Binding, Device of Insight.

Gems of vitality since all the primary stats have bad conversions to ratings like outgoing healing rating and critical rating. You'll get what you need of healing stats from gear. Devices of Insight (2395 Fate) vs Device of Tactics (2395 Will) for healing minis and RKs because 2395 fate = 0.269 t6 crit essences whereas 2395 will = 0.137 t6 OGH essences, 0.091 finesse essences (for applying your light mitigation debuff), and net 0.091 more t6 resistance essence (largely irrelevant), and equal tact mit.

Outside or the special collectors edition 3 Peaks relics, gems and settings are from T2+ Shelob, morgul instances, or white company rep in that order. Binding runes from t2-t3 threshold raid (better to come with t4 plus, presumably), stairs 6man, 3 peaks collectors edition, march on Gundabad rep, and T2+ Shelob, morgul instances, or white company rep in that order. Devices from crafting Elderslade supply packs.

(Ithil) runes of binding or healing? For trying to get raid ready so not having access to t2+ raid gear?

So I gave the tier order of ALL the relics available at the time in that post last year including what you're asking for. If looking at pre-raid tiers of relics: Ithil from White Company rep is fine, Glimmering Ithil from MM 3mans and 6mans is better, Elderslade from March on Gundabad rep is even better, and Brilliant Elderslade from Shakalush 6man is best.

Binding rune for your book, way better than Healing.
Healing rune for your sword, since you cant have a Binding rune there. Healing runes dont come in Elderslade or up, so Ithil is fine and Glimmering Ithil from the 3mans is your goal since Darkened Remmorchant relics from t2+ Shelob are pretty rare and Three Peaks relics are only for collectors edition+.
