I cannot purchase VIP

I wanted to buy 12 months vip today but i got this error ''1058: This transaction was declined by your bank. No funds were debited from your account. Please try a different card, or contact your bank.''It was the same card i was using for a long time.

So I also tried to purchase Lotro Points, and I was able to buy lotro points with no problem.But whenever i try to buy vip i get this same error.

I dont think its my bank, if it was my bank, it wouldnt let me buy lotro points either.

How can i fix this problem? Old Lotro store website was perfect and shame it was removed.

Yes of course!

In-game store is the only option for purchasing vip anyway.

I wish we could have other options.

untill recently there u could still get vip through the old website, made an seperate topic about it. it seems only can vip through the ingame store now which is sad since even with PayPal it still wants u to add cc info and there alot of players that dont have an cc and this are excluded from getting vip

If you have a steam account, you can start the lotro client via steam and buy your vip with your steam wallet. This works for me at least.
