but this is probably the simplest fix in the world that would matter a ton
fully channeling Rousing Words on an ally grants them a Writ of Health stack, however they do not get the Glorious Foreshadowing buff thats attached to the skill.
for every tier missing this is 5% incoming healing, up to 15% at max, which matters a lot in healing
can we please, please fix it? sometime this year?
