Missing Guardian Traceries

Some of the old 'dual' legacies have had only their primary effect carried over. Can we expect the secondary effect to be added or new traceries to be added for those secondary effects?

Examples:
Force Taunt Duration legacy used to include Shield Blow Damage (+61.6% at max)
Guardian's Pledge Magnitude used to include Shield Swipe Damage (+19.2% at max)
Turn the Tables Cooldown used to include Turn the Tables Damage (+19.2% at max)

Will we ever see those bonuses again?

The new or returning effects (GW duration, +area effect targets) more than compensate for them :)

Going to miss that shield blow damage as it gets the block line started, holding back to see if there's a change of minds next week. But I have missed GW duration. Hope the changes are more omission than a choice.

I couldn't care less about SB/SW/TtT. They do decent enough dmg.
What hurts me inside , is watching shield smash do less than bash QQ
