The patch notes say I should be able to pick this up from Hermath. However there was no quest available despite me having completed all quests in the area.

I can't find it either.
Yes, I finished the whole of Gundabad (got my frame) except this quest & the one after.
Yes, I rescued the dwarf from Min Lorg and yes he's still at Watcher's Roost. But Hermath won't talk to me :(
