The authentication servers are down. Dozens of people have reported this in another thread.
There’s nothing you can do on your end to fix this. Try again in an hour. However, it may not be possible to log in to the game until after the scheduled restart tomorrow morning at 9am EST. It depends on whether there’s anyone on duty and able to do something about this at 10pm on a Tuesday night.
