Item Bindings incorrect
I bought a crafting item carryall from the store where it said it would be bound to account; but it is bound to character. Have been waiting 16 days for then to respond to a support ticket. Is LOTRO support so ###### that they take this long for simple tickets?
Or should I simply go back and reverse the charge and get my money back for the LOTRO points I bought in order to buy the item?

The problem arises when a character-bound item lands in the carryall. Then it temporarily binds to the character. Open the carryall and remove the character-bound item from it. After that the carryall is account bound again.
