Patch-notes incomplete?

Are the patch-notes incomplete?

What happened with the fallowing part from the Beta?

• New Word of Craft Set bonuses:
  - Perfect Accuracy renamed to Heroic Alacrity and now provides a set bonus of -3% Attack Speed.
  - Perfect Precision renamed to Heroic Precision and now provides a set bonus of +3% Crit Chance.
  - Grand Armour now provides a set bonus of +1.5% phys mit.
  - Grand Willpower now provides a set bonus of +1.5% tact mit.
  - Perfect Healing now provides a set bonus of +3% outgoing healing.
  - Perfect Recovery now provides a set bonus of +3% incoming healing
• New Beorning Traceries:
  - Counter Dodge & Counterattack Damage (+5% dodge, +50% dmg)
  - Shake Free Cooldown (-10s)
  - Slash Damage (+35%)
  - Thrash Damage (+35%)
  - This tracery has been removed: Guarded Attack Damage & Tactial Mitigation (+50% dmg, Adds a tactical mitigation bonus up to 5%)
  - Nature's Mend Healing (+20%)
  - Encouraging Roar Instant Heal (+15%)
• Updated Beorning Traceries:
  - Slam Bonus Wrath Chance tracery now also adds damage to that skill (+25%)
  - Bonus DoT Pulse tracery now also extends the Swarm debuffs by a similar duration so they match.

And erroneous on top of that?

And at risk of being ungracious, bit underwhelming that the only other VIP upgrade is the Field Bank/Crafting Bottle lasting for 2 weeks.

But, as I say, perhaps I'm being curmudgeonly.

Also: How is the festival supposed to start at 10:00 am, when the worlds are down for the update until 1:00 pm???

Not that I bother much with festivals anymore, I've only done them the last few years for the crystals, but, ya know, just sayin'.

Just came here to post the same thing. Obviously, what we have here is a failure to communicate. They get the box (those responsible for this error.)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say those features didn't make it out of beta. You do understand that Bullroarer is only proposed changes?

We do know we are missing a few notes; we'll get the copy aligned as soon as we can.

If you haven't figured out by now, the patch notes don't usually include everything. When Minas Morgul was released, the patch notes left out the fact that you could now have up to two crafting guilds per vocation. When the Remmorchant raid was released, the information regarding the trigger essences weren't included. People were expecting that the hook consolidation would be included after seeing it on the Bullroarer, but the developers decided that it needed "more time to bake" on the test realm before implementing it into the game. Then there are the many little things they just don't bother mentioning, like higher resolution on the Skirmish Camp decorations or the new troll make-over in Wastes.

Sorry Cord, but what it actually indicates is a woeful disregard for accuracy and quality work.
Just one of the many little things that add up to crud customer service.

Sure.
But: Usually, patch-notes used to have a lot of errors here. And - also usually - we get exactly what was in the last beta on the live servers. Inclusive all beta-bugs.

@Cordovan - I do apologise. The Anniversary Gifts look lovely. Wish there was more on the inventory space front but I cross my fingers and hope for the future. In the meantime, thank you and I'm sorry I was too swift with my grumpy comments. Happy Anniversary! *sets of fireworks* :)

I must be curmudgeonly as well, I knew that other added minor benefits for VIP would be announced when the patch came out and I did think it would be more than the VIP Service having an extended timespan. Sure I hoped they would be extending it and they have, but I thought there maybe something a little more than what had already been announced I guess the minor things were the additional anniversary gits and the VIP Service, such anticipation of some wonderous goodies that would not all be based around the anniversary but something new VIPS could get outside of it, all shattered along with the RK Sachets being whisked away.

1- 14 days of subscriber bonuses per visit to Wenda Cranesbill instead of only 48 hours
VIPs also get...
2- +5 slots for your quest log for as long as you maintain your VIP subscription
3- "Rent" of the Mordor, Mines Morgul, and Three Peaks content for as long as you maintain your VIP subscription

edit: I didn't list all the extra stuff VIPs get relative to non-VIPs for the 15th Anniversary Event because that ends on May 11th.

So there is more than that one thing. The Player Suggestions forum is open if you have ideas for other VIP benefits.

Also what is the URL to the German notes?

Suggests the same due care and attention suffered in localization is in play in notes too.

Is this like a "spot the ball" competition where it's not where the ball actually is but where a jury has deemed the nanometric position of the ball is in their opinion? Do German clients not have crafting capability nor items in inventory?

I feel the error was to take notes off the forums where they can be searched for, quoted and timestamped and hidden away in articles for, ironically, "show".

I checked the German and French forum links at the bottom of the forums page but couldn't find a link other than to the English Language version of the Anniversary article. Used to be that once you found the articles page they were all there to see but now it's like I'm a rat in a maze with no out.

It's like "they" know I can't read German and have poor French...
