Cannot log into Laurelin or Evernight

I am living in Germany. Today, I wanted to log into Laurelin where my two recently valar'ed characters are. But when doing so (on characters that are *not* valar'ed) I sit there and stare at the loading screen, literally for hours, with no sign of a loading bar at all. The only thing I can do is kick myself out by logging onto another server. I have been running around on Belegaer, Gwaihir, and Landroval, which are all fine.

Evernight has a queue going. Position 39.

How do I fix this situation?
