They are called Legendary, but that does not mean they are meant to be "old style" Lotro.Quote:

Their original opening solved some things:
1. Reduced server load.
2. Gave those that went there an "uncluttered" experience...a new start in an unpopulated environment.
3. An opportunity to try some stuff without involving the entire system.
I particularly like playing on Treebeard. Slowed leveling and challenging content with a sort of "challenge scale" that you can choose, from no change to almost impossible and everything in between.
Good experiments, I think.
