Legendary servers and LIs

You made this new LI system to not be so grindy but my god all the changes made since bringing them out is getting more and more grindy. When first out was great could get LI done quickly then could focus on something better and more fun. Now we struggle to get enough scrips and going to get worse with upcoming change taking heritage runes out of instances and skirms. So from plans that made us all happy no grinding LI getting worse and worse. Please stop this. None of use like dealing with LIs we want to be done and not think about it again.
