Before the Shadow pre-order not working

I have just tried to pre-order Before the Shadow, confirmed the security code for the card that is saved, checked the EULA box and then when I click on complete purchase I get sent back to the https://www.lotro.com/expansions page and no notification or email to confirm purchase, or entry in my card statement.

Did it work and there is some lag in the system? If it didn't, what went wrong?

You can always log into your account and see if you received your items. Even the most basic package should provide you with the Elf Dance Emote.

Well, gave it 24 hours and tried again - worked this time /shrug

I tried to get pre-order of Before the Shadow before the Update 34, and tried three times and was unable to purchase, now can't get update 34 either....
