Items not delivered in store

So yesterday I tried to purchase Milestone skills from lotro store It took my 560 lotro points but did not deliver the skills to my character but today the store work fine. so I either need the skills delivered, or I need my money returned please

Open your skills window ( K ), click on the Active tab, then scroll down to Milestone skills, there you should see the blank skill(s).

i am not new to lotro. in my skills window i have the default Milestone skills that i got it from the beginning and another i purchase after they fixed this bug. i am taking about Milestone 1 and 2 i purchase 2 days ago and did not delivered to me . i suppose to have 4 Milestone so my window skills are missing 2 Milestone :(

i am not native english speaker so can you please at least look at the problem because this is well known issue

Obviously it is not. Since in three days only I have responded. One would think, if it were a well known issue, others would have posted some suggestions.
