Scripting startup

I would like to play around with LUA scripting since I enjoy coding in my free time and would love to possibly contribute something that others would use to help them enjoy the game better. For documentation, a post by Silorien led me to https://www.lotrointerface.com/downl...mentation.html for the LUA documentation. The date on that says 2017. Is this the most updated documentation for the API? If there are any current posts that would help my journey, please feel free to link in the comments.
