High Elf Character Creation Not Working

Hello! I've tried making a few different high elf females, of a few different classes and all of them have the same facial bug.
The hair and face, and skin, eye, and hair color I choose during character creation show accurately in game, but the lip shape and eye shadowing do not. If I go to a barber and pay to change them that way, those do not take either.

Anyone else seeing this? Any idea how to fix it?

When I'm in the log-in screen, it shoes the correct choices. It's only in-game that they default to lips and eyes I didn't choose.

There was a post awhile ago ( maybe within the last year) showing screenshots of an elf character with some facial issues. I'm sorry I don't remember many details, but I think a blue name responded and said they would be looking into it.
