Do not demand that we do not report an issue with the LOTRO market here and to report it on the account support forum when the link to the accout support forum is non-functional and results in a "You shall not pass" page. You have a requirement to provide the ability to resolve issues with the LOTRO Market.

The link to the account support forum in the description of this forum (LOTRO Store Feedback) is broken, busted, kaput.
I did find the help.standingstonegames.com and filed a report. I am still waiting for a response, although they did manage to charge the same credit card for my VIP subscription. :)
Yep, that one leads to a black hole, another vestige from the old forums. The link I provided does work, and can be used, or you can use the “Submit a Bug” button on the heavy gray banner above.
There was some talk a few years ago about a rework of the forums. Maybe someday it will happen, after all, though irritating, it is a minor bug.
As for a response, you may have to wait a few weeks, or may never receive a response. Hopefully, your 'bug report' has gone into the file of things to be fixed.
The addition of an extra "forum" has beaten Google's advanced systems so don't feel so bad.
