Given that Fate = Power now. Is there a change to the Roar Fate option that will make it say in combat wrath restore, the loss of crit here makes it useless otherwise. Of note Race trate Emissary has a simarlar issue, and a possible similar fix. Feral Presence will become useless for solo play, it is intended that this be a perodic power restore in group/raid situations?
