This update substantially nerfs RKs' two most important skills. It nerfs their capstone skill, Concession and Rebuttal, by eliminating the tiers of incoming damage reduction. It also nerfs their most important survival skill, Self-Motivation, by reducing its effectiveness by about 25%. RKs appear to be getting about a 15% overall damage boost, but it comes at a terrible cost with the nerfs to RK survivability skills!

Then they made some 'no detail' comment about how if you had the SM legacy on your LI, it would provide more morale. So at this point, who knows. 'Charged' effect no longer interacts with Sustaining Bolt. It now reduces your attack duration and tiers up an Incoming Damage reduction effect. The chance to proc the effect has been increased from 10% to 15%.
