If you remove the color it's almost like the beginning of an H. R. Giger drawing.
Is it some Lossoth colouring straying into another area like once before when Galtrev craft hall got a makeover?
Sometimes there are glitches. I have a screenshot of a spectacular one going back to the Forochel days.
Solution seems to be to log out and log back in.

Thanks for the information all - we found the culprit and will have a fix in at some point in the near future.
I thought it looked odd but assumed that was how it was supposed to look,
