If there are 14 levels of crafting, why are there 9 levels of patterns?

The Tailor Guild large crafting patterns go up to level 9 in Easteldin.

Wait.. There are 14 levels of crafting!
Where are large crafting patterns from levels 10 - 14 ??

We went a long time without needing increased guild reputation so no new reputation items. At the last increase (Minas Morgul expansion) they offered special quests for the final guild reputation. Those are nice because you can break down what you make and remake it if I remember correctly.

So Crafting stops at Anorien!?

Crafting continues to level 140. Guild rep is a bit different. It makes a come back in the Minas Morgul expansion. But then again, all of this is about to change when SSG unveils their new crafting system. The recipes in the higher level are a bit more difficult to obtain unless you have a character that is at the higher levels. Most of the recipes are purchased from the barter person using currency earned in the area. They also require reputation with the appropriate areas. They can be shared with others on your account. They may be sharable with anyone but I am unsure about that feature. Someone else here may be able to confirm that information.
