Rivendell: The 21st, I believe. Frodo woke up on the 24th.

LOL on the Orthanc being cancelled. If you want to parallel it to when they would have reached Orthanc if they had taken a different course (their original one I believe, haven't read the chapter in a while), they would have probably reached Orthanc in late January/beginning of February.
February:
You completely missed Amon Hen, which was on the 26th. Merry and Pippin meet Treebeard on the 29th, Eomer, Aragorn, and co meet on the 30th (each month in Shire reckoning has 30 days, and then there are extra days at the beginning, middle, and end of the year).
Entmoot: Merry/Pip- the 30th
March:
Dead Marshes: Frodo/Sam: 1-2.
Edoras: Poor hobbits wouldn't be here, but the others came here first on the 2nd. Hobbits didn't come here until the end of the War.
Just as an FYI, Helm's Deep was the 3rd/4th, and then Merry/Pip reunite with others on the 5th. Frodo/Sam at Black Gates on 5th.
Henneth Annun: the 7th, Frodo/Sam.
Osgiliath: They never went to Osgiliath during the War. Ever. No matter what the movies say. *twitches violently*
Pippin comes to Minas Tirith on the 9th...
Battle on Pelennor: Basically, on the fields itself, the 13 to the 15. Rohan arrives on the 15th.
Frodo w/ Shelob on th 12, captured early 13th. Sam springs him on the 14th.
Black Gate battle/Mount Doom and the Ring's destruction: March 25th.
... that's a bit of it... more obviously, but it's a bit long to type out... love your idea though. Cloak is awesome. XD
