To be honest, I'm thinking the only way for them (Turbine) to actually get to work on this would be to just /bug it and GM report it to death until it becomes cost effective to fix it than to spend man-hours handling it.
Oh, and my experience is that GM's just do word searches and copy-pasta on these sort of tickets as well. Took me three tickets to get the same GM to stop auto-closing with his copy-pasta dialogue, and then I requested escalation to a senior GM, and said senior GM auto-closed with the same copy-pasta text.
