I found a set of shoulders I actually like, thanks to Turbine adding the Rift cosmetics. (:o) (Those boots are the only ones I felt worked with the Rohirrim tunic because of all the clipping...)

I decided to start with my minstrel. She has a few outfits, but I'm showing only two for now. I made the grey variant primarily to match the Steed of the Rune-keeper, which she won from a lottery.

The robe is the light armour purple item from the Orthanc class barterers.
Shoulders are Mantle of the Magnificent, a skirm raid drop, though I believe you can get it from some Mirkwood barterer as well.
Red cloak is a cosmetic you can pick up from both Mirkwood and Wardens reputation guys.
Grey cloak is the 4 year anniversary cloak.
Circlet is the purple, light armour Moria bartered item.
Red gloves are Ost Dunhoth hunter gloves.
