After our 1v1, I pulled the nearby Auroch so it could kill me and give you infamy. You retreated so fast, I ended up running it off; but I got that map-switch lag from Hoardale to Hithlad and when I finally loaded, I was dead to the Auroch :(

Interesting 1v1 konfident, thought at first you were luring me into the npcs so ran behind the tree, then the rest of the freeps came in interrupted the fight, but was still fun.

Hey all... I'm fairly new here, having started PvMP-ing about a month ago on my freep, so don't be surprised if you don't recognize my name. Heh.

I don't feel any pity when a warg pack comes for easy infamy and gets more than they bargained for once in a blue moon. Things like this ARE why there are less and less soloers (on both sides, I am sure). I die plenty to these packs off by myself, as they can attest. There should be no complaints as far as getting a steady stream of infamy off me; it's not like I have anywhere to run or someone to call out to in my raid. Last night, I had a brutal solo fight against some of them (and there were more creeps there than just the warg pack), and happened to have CDs to at least make it not just another 3 second death with nothing to show for it. *shrug*

At any rate, I wasn't intending to brag, as it was nothing more than the use of my brand (cheaply, after feigning death) and some luck. My own version of nerdrage over warg packs looks like this sometimes, so sorry for the derail! :)

Some people would have just charged you with 3 NPCs on you (shown in another thread), and you would have sprinted/HiPs, and no one would win or, more importantly, get to fight.
When you respect your enemy, they can finish killing their 3 NPCs, and then fight. Resulting in a good 1v1 where folks can fight. That new bleed-interrupt is ouchies!

Some people would have just tried to kill you while you had that NPC on you, and you would have just run onto stab to safety. I let you know my presence, left, and came back and we got to fight. Neither one of us ran away or tried to get NPCs on the enemy.
Nice fight. I think the pop buff turning on right in the middle helped me a lot :)

And the KB part. Its not that its all important. However, we had been fightning for a min or two. Both getting pretty low and healing back up and working each other back down. Burglartarget was the one who was doing all the work and he deserved the kill and all the points that he earned. You just happen by and stole points with your 40m range and one shotted the freep he cearly was more than capable of killing himself. Thats what I have a problem with.
But, I also see your point. I do more than not run in a raid. And I know being as easy to take down as I am that Im near the top of the target list. So, no biggie. Im sure Ill get a chance another time. And we were in a pretty haevy traffic area.

Maniia, sorry for interrupting the fight with Xvair. I have a macro which goes, "/tell ;target jump if you want help". Whenever I see a 1v1 (so long as it's not outside a rez or down GV hill where my instinct says gank in progress), I try to always use it on the freep involved. I didn't see any jumping from Xvair so I stayed and watched. Halfway through though, he did a ./say for me to not just stand there and help him, which is when I dismounted. I didn't want to kill you, just scare you off. Afterwards he thanked me and said he didn't see my tell....
Came looking for you after, glad we got to fight. Was really close. I'm REALLY sorry I denied you the kb at the end. If I win a fight and i'm less than 200 health, I instinctively hit a pot to kill myself to give the opponent points. I realised as soon as I did that I would have bled out anyway so all I acheived was to effectively deny you the kb....sooooooorry :(
You did get it moments later though at the rez whilst I was trampomolining Plok..... heheh
