While nothing is generally set in stone when it comes to recruitment, for the upcoming summer/stale content months, recruitment is going to slow down drastically. We currently have a good balance of classes, and have no plans for the next few months to explore the possibility of getting 2 full BG clears done a week.

Those who may find themselves still seriously wanting to apply, and try to become a member of Preying Mantis are certainly welcome to, but please be mindful that only a very select few may be accepted, as they are going to have to be perfect fits for the Kinship.

With "new" content on the horizon, I think it's a good time to crack open the door for a new player or two. If you have interest in joining Preying Mantis, feel free to contact myself, Malibuphor, or Thunderloin in game or via these boards. All information given in the OP still applies.

Recruitment is once again opening back up, currently we're looking to add 1-3 new people into Preying Mantis. At this point, we're looking to add some Ranged DPS, via Hunters or Rune Keepers, a Champion, and potentially a Guardian. If you want to raid at the highest level whenever we're given a new bone to chew on (new raid), feel free to contact us so we can give you a trail run and see whether or not you would be a good fit to join us!

Applications are still being accepted. Preference at this point is being aimed at a Champion and Guardian.

What's a trail run?

We've filled the slots we needed, however we will not be closing recruitment. If you're interested in joining Preying Mantis, the normal process will still apply however we want it to be known that you'll be considered a sub for raid spots with OD when Update 2 launches. We currently have our raiding field set, so don't expect to raid on a regular schedule.

This is very disappointing. After a 7 month hiatus to finish my degree, start my career and endure a busy tax season, I log in to discover the kin mostly deserted. I feel like Tom Hanks in Castaway, except I don't have a volleyball to befriend.

Are you guys back from Hiatus yet?
