I sure wish I could attend, but RL gets in the way all too often. Hope everyone there has a GREAT time..!!!!!

+Sapience, Any chance the PAX East horse will be offered over twitter, or some other method for those of us unable to attend? I'd suggest the lottery, but I can't even enter that on my main account at the moment due to community site issues.

I would love to go, but being on the west coast makes this prohibitively expensive for me. Heck, I still haven't made it to a simple PAX Prime, and that's only a five hour drive north for me!

That said, I will be watching various gaming sites (of course including this one) for news from PAX East, calmly awaiting whatever Turbine is going to surprise us with.

I have a friend who is going to be a Video Game vendor there, the biggest used game distributor in Massachusetts! That's about as close to getting there as I'm going to get.

I just had an epic day of meetings related to Pax East. I think those who come are going to be very happy. It's a month away and I'm already stoked!

I do hope the solution isn't the LotrO store. This was a community contributed asset.; Or at the very least, account-wide in the store (like other product key promos such as the Halberks given away near moria launch.)

Oooo...I think I just figured out the release date for Update 2. :eek:

March 11. Either that or that's when the announcement will be made for March 15th as the release date.

And those that show up on Friday will get pre-release copies of the upgrade?

Perhaps a Special Turbine Quest for attendees at the booth on that date? With prizes, invite to the VIP Party afterwards, and Special Plaque/Bling for Quest Winner(s)?
