Fixed. The Bullroarer heading was supposed to be dropped and the text merged with the section below it. It's about Commendations (which did have the correct link).

Soooo... what about dem DP perks replacement... cant find something in there.

Anyway, would be nice to have the lorebook updated. Cant wait to see which Orthanc items got shifted.

Probably because as of now, destiny points will continue to work exactly as before except for in the moors where it will be replaced by commendations, but it will only be earned through leveling. As I understand it, the replacement of the current destiny perks isn't being implemented yet.

Wasn't Enedwaith revamped also? It was a Level 61-65 zone last time i logged into Bullroarer, but i find nothing of it in the Patch Notes.

Are there any news about the QuestPack for F2P? Can we buy it when lotro is back, or do we have to wait? Patch Notes doesn't say anything about it!!

Focus without an emblem was 72 ICPR.It was fixed 1or2 updates before.Why do you post it now?

This was discussed at length in the commendation official discussion thread. As was the fact that we would be looking at ways to include destiny perks via other means in game in a future update.

As hard as we try to prevent it old release notes do occasionally find their way back into the stack. Usually this happens when someone updates the status of a change (even if it's just going back and updating a small item in the change and not any actual game changes). This will sometimes cause the note to update its date, making it look 'new' when we pull the list. Usually we get them all removed, sometimes not.

It will be available for F2P and Premium players to purchase as soon as the game servers are back online.
