Didn't get an e-mail yet as well.
I don't mind playing the waiting game too much though. Gives me something to do while out of LOTRO.

Thanks for quoting this here, Whiteberry!
No updates for the other half of us? Neither my son or I have received our emails yet. Are we the only ones that haven't? Wondering if we're ever going to get them at this point.
While I have not received the promised incentives either, I am sympathetic to the fact that this was a great fundraiser, and that the work being supported is vital.
In addition, the overwhelming response generated by the incentives would certainly have been difficult to handle on the fly, and family and health issues should always take precedence.
The lack of communication is probably going to be the thing that makes me reluctant to participate in the next round.
I haven't received any emails, either.
Like Sapience said, he's doing it alone. By hand. Thousands of codes and email addresses to get through. One at a time.
I, for one, am going to be patient, because it is a daunting task for one person to handle.
edit: nvm, removed
Thanks for posting the update Whiteberry.
Thanks, Whiteberry! It's good to know that things are still in the queue and that I didn't miss an email somehow.
Haven't seen any recent twitter updates, and still not received anything.
Anyone else still waiting?
Still waiting here. I'd guess that maybe the problems with monthly tp and downtime bonus tp--and all the necessary communication surrounding that issue--may be taking higher priority (and rightfully so, as that affects a much larger segment of the playerbase), though I have no factual basis for that, just a guess.
I am. There was a tweet yesterday thus:https://twitter.com/rickheaton/statu...27717224648705.
hmm Maybe I should drop another tweet then, as I still have nothing in my inbox regarding the extra life marathon
I think there's a good number of us still waiting. My son and I both still haven't received anything.
...still waiting as well. I guess everybody is asking again and again, because of a lack of trust in the email address being conveyed correctly by the extra life interface and the connection of that email address with the Lotro chars... well - at least that's part of what's causing me to keep on asking... not enough trust in this world...
I kinda hate to be a bugger though... - sorry!
The email address thing is over half of my concern. What I would've liked seeing is Sapience sends (last year) a mass email to all the email addresses he has: "I have your email address. Rest assured that you will get your stuff Soon™." Simultaneously he posts on the forums: "I sent an email to Extra Life contributers. If you did NOT receive that test email, let me know so you won't be missed." Then I'd simply sit back and wait knowing he had my email address. If he didn't have my email address then I could start whatever process was required to get it to him.
Problem is I have no idea if he actually has my email address so I keep checking for status which is rare and not on the forums as I expected. I recognize it's not a trivial task, but the situation as it is suggests it's not much of a priority either.
Sapience did reply to me in twitter today that the rest of the codes should go out tonight tomorrow morning because he got caught up with the PAX RSVP.
Unfortunately for us, his Turbine job does overtake him being able to send this out. Patience is a virtue lol.
BTW Thanks Sapience.
Yep, still patiently waiting, nice to see codes being sent out again.
I am totally with this. I am mostly concerned that Sapience doesn't have my email. However, my 2nd concern is that I will miss the email from him in amongst all the spam mail. So I also like to hear when he's sent a batch out. The test email is a good idea, you should implement that next year, perhaps, Sapience and thanks. I can be patient, I just keep checking so I know what's going on.
I agree. I hope to one day recieve the e-mail, but alas I am still waiting.
I would like to see someone in the game with the title or heck even post here that they have gotten it. I mean supposedly a bunch of the emails went out, but I have yet to see someone say they have gotten one or have the title ect.
I am all for understanding that real life events such as work and family get in the way, but a line dropped on the forums or an announcement made would be very helpfull to those of us still waiting.
I too am still waiting and wondering - a little communication on the subject would go a long way - have been patient and will continue to be patient - would be nice to see a general tweet about it once in a while (please?)
