Misty Mountains, 20 tokens!

I liked the compactness and linear nature of this week's quest, that is to say, we were required to go from 21st Hall to 1st Hall to Mirrormere, and there was something to do at each step. I'd enjoy more if Bilbo actually physically accompanied me - I'm not sure what he has to write about other than I am doing all the work for him...
Did we lose Willem again? I didn't see him with us after we left the mines.
If you use one of the pet tomes, can you still barter for more of the same pet with that character, even though you have learned the skill to summon it? Or will the tome have a red border and not let you barter? Wondering because some items work like that, for example the Jig dance emote, and I would like to know before I use any barter tokens :)
Yes, my Hobbit Burglar, my primary Bingo toon, always barters 3 at a time: one for himself, one for my main, and one for my LM, who aims to collect all possible pets one day :) When l feel like it l run my main through a few episodes a time and he barters them for commercial purposes ;)
Bingo wasn't waiting for me on the Last Bridge for the Trollshaws. Is that program down for any specific time or just a momentary glitch? I don't want to keep going all the way out there for nothing.
Does this thing have a time limit? I had to wait a while to level up more because I couldn't take on the monsters in the Trollshaws. Did I wait too long? My quest log shows the ballad as a completed quest. This is getting my goat because I really wanted to get a goat.
Is there any chance that Bingo is waiting for you at the Troll Glade instead? I don't remember exactly how that part of the quest line went, but after you met him on the bridge, didn't you have to go to the Troll Glade and camp overnight?
I'm sorry I don't remember for sure, but I do know that I had to stop at that point on one character for the same reason (mobs too hard and I needed to level him a bit first). I left the quest in my quest log to come back to later.
Then after one of the last patches, I got a message that the Bingo quest was removed from that character "for reversioning". So you might have to backtrack a bit to find Bingo now. I haven't gone back on that character yet to see where he is for me now.
As I recall you have to be transported to that spot. But good suggestion. Maybe I can find it.
I just checked and Bingo is back at Ost Guruth, I have to start the quest over again. Good luck! :)
I was just getting ready to post that's where I found him too. Had to do my Yule grinds first
I started and caught up on the Boffins quest line this weekend. It's a nice change of pace and fun to revisit old areas. I'm still not sure the Dourhands had enough in their Raiding Party to take Bingo...lol
I know there isn't a shortage of ideas on the forums, but figured I would toss out an idea similar to the hat rack.
A small/large? yard Stable that adds more items from the journey as they cross the lands of Rohan. Much like a personal version of Bill the Pony.
Any idea where Bert is this week? I know he was MIA last week, and asking in world chat just woke the trolls up.
Update nevermind, had to relog to make him appear.
This week's episode was good. It seems we are heading to Mirkwood next week. I wonder what business Bingo will have there and Dol Guldur. Hmm...Can't wait to find out. :D
I *love* the Treacherous Hole yard item!
It would be fun to have a hidden deed for getting transported to all the possible places it can take you to, with "Knows a Shortcut" or "Quick Traveller" as a title for completing it. :)
Any chance you can make the treacherous hole fit into a small yard? It is pretty small when placed and most housing plots don't have many large yard slots. Just a thought. :)
As much as I like beetles... what about a bat for mirkwood?
and, as we're on the subject of pets.. what about an eagle? a badger? a neeker-breeker? a little bird? a snake? a warg pup? a wolf pup? a little boar or piglet? a turtle? captured goblin? a captured baby troll? a little salamander? a little deep-claw? or what about a little unnamed creature from the depths of moria?
so many possibilites.. please make them come true as we proceed :D
Gah! Really???? A blue beetle for Lothlorien!!!! How rude...and so very very wrong! Should have been a white bunny you ninnys!
*storms off madder than a hobbit that missed second breakfast....
