Thanks for the fights Dirrk as always :) sorry for delaying it a few times.. was getting spammed tracked like crazy by TA.
And thanks to Hegemon for a good 1v1. I usually refuse to fight shield wardens because its just silly but you have my respect for not killing me when you could of.

I've had too many good 1v1's to count (I have about 50 videos to sort through).
My favorite so far was fighting Nyxx - who beat me with 200 morale left, and 2 seconds after I died, Nyxx died to one of my dots. Fun times, fun times.

I would like to thank everyone for the 1v1s yesterday night there was some epic fight most notable was Hazbak i had to blow just about all my CDs to beat u and if i hadn't got off the stun u would have had me for sure, Brutalash i butchered ur name i sure, but we had a good double death fight at the end got me with a bleed, and some good fights with MLSoun and CreepReaper, Two Tough WL to bring down and many others, wish we could get more of though fight clubs going some time its always fun
P.S. I want to Challenge BurglarTarget last few times we fought I ended up down on one Knee I want my Rematch
Adding a thank you for the many good fights last night with particular shout outs to Hazbak and Creepreaper for some great fights!

The Hunter and LM at crossroads, I was going to come back for the LM after the hunter, but that burg put me off that idea :(
Dagr - that was awesome fun, and very close!
Another brilliant moment was when I solo charged the group guarding TR gate. I thought I could get the hunter, but no joy, and was cooked in seconds. Seeing the resultant mess of freeps AOE, track, and run inside was priceless.

Shout out to Nymerica for the many good fights this weekend, I particularly enjoyed the one outside TR when you dragged me around the rock, but what can I say, I prefer not to take it from behind. :cool:
Definitely some good fights marintellion. Always fun to have some close fights with a hunter. I don’t like standing right in front of you and letting you bow it in my face which was why I used the rock ;).
Lederth (sp?) good fights at GTA too bad they got interrupted. You didn’t need to let the buffalo kill you but thanks anyways :)

ah i had some awesome 1v1s on my ba brugalar especially with silencing always a close fights liked the double death by lugz rez=). some other good 1v1s with jetsu, nyyx and a few others. To the champ that used every cd he had to run from grothum idk for some reason i was LOLING the whole time and still killed you lol acually thought it was fun.
Fun spar outside TA lawn tonight Hithy, unfortunately I was in a raid and that other healer ran up right as the fight was drawing to a close. (I think you woulda got me)
I tried hanging around a bit after you died to see if that BA would finish me off but the HOT's were too much for him.

Ashdreda. I've heard you say you aren't completely geared yet, but today we still had a good fight. Caught you on BB and ended up getting that cow on me and had to run it off with you on my back. By the time I got it off and turned on you and it was all over, I was left standing.. waiting for your bleeds to kill me. I was slightly disappointed when they stopped with my health at 127. I've never wanted to bleed out for someone so bad. :p Was very close and interesting. Thanks for that 1v1, as well as the one on your CPT at TRHS. You could have probably made it to EC, but you stayed and fought. Good stuff.
Incidious. (Or Insidious, however you're spelling it.) Idk if you even read this thread but I assume since youre only R1 or 2, you arent geared. And I get that. But if youre going to run around looking for solo fights, why flee from them? The first time I caught you open field, north of TR 1 shots. You ran straight to them and suicided. Thanks for the easy Infamy. The second time I caught you TR field. You fought me until you started to lose and stunned me to run away and stealth. Ended up tracking you and killing you anyway. I'm not complaining.. I got -my- points. I guess I just don't get it. If youre looking for 1v1's.. then why run from them?
Weberth. (If I spelled that correctly). Great fight at Poor Grim today. You took the fight to the water and I was skeptical. Fought it anyway and got you down to 200 before having to Disappear at 20 morale and wait for the bubble to fade. I jumped the gun a second too early and pounced before it was gone. And you valiantly struck me for the kill. I threw my arms up in defeat complete with my favorite curse word. =p Good fight!

I don't post here much but I gotta give props to Mlsoun for some great 1v1s this past week. Always respectful even if half the time one of us gets jumped half way through.
My favorite was the one in northern HH when the greenie WL bubbled you at 500 morale. Most people would have said screw it and tag teamed me. But you didn't and I respect that. That being said when your duoing with that spider friend of yours and I'm solo my horse will be turning 180 degrees asap.

@Asht Ya that was a good fight, I actually took it to the water because last time I fought a warg there they made a post about how I didn't dismount and nothing came up on their CA implying I may be exploiting because they don't know how to work combatanalysis. I wanted to double check that it wasn't some weird issue with fighting in that spot.

I had many great 1v1s yesterday with some new creeps the pvp was really good, id have to say my highlight was when i was on tr fields put down a track a track to see hazbak close.
Was a great 1v1 still trying to work out how best to combat flayer wargs, but this time i got lucky and Haz hit a trap coming in to get the pounce on me.

Thankyou and salute to Burglartarget. I couldnt figure out for the life of me why I was doing so little damage to you. Then after I hit the retreat button I realized I had the wrong stone/bag combo equiped :mad:.
Either way I think you'd still beat me. But, they're awesome fights and I'd be happy to do it again.

Some of my favourite fights occur like this...it's what our 10s Champ horns are made for. Lock down that greenie and make the main target make a decision between saving himself and saving the baby. If they aren't working together well, you can sometimes get both...of course with Mlsoun all bets are off...he's a beast.Quote:

I was asked by a fellow creep to attack Beorvin, as he had run from a previous 1v1 that he was losing into EC. Creep friend asks, I help. We killed the RK.
Webfirth then had a pretty nice 1v1 with Ugly which I sat stealthed and watched the entire time until Beorvin and Winnipeg showed up to Waffle stomp Ugly. At that point I jumped in. Hindsight being 20/20 i should have attacked Beorvin or winnipeg instead of attacking Web (I can see how he would have interpreted that as me trying to gank someone who is at low health from a 1v1)
either way, Ugly Dr'd away from the 3v1 (which became a 3v2ish), I bailed and you guys then blew at least 2 store bought trackers to kill me in a 3v1, then corpse jump me.
Again, a matter of perspective, if we were all sitting in the same room, or teamspeak channel, it all probably would have gone down very differently. /shrug GW2 can't possibly come soon enough.

Yea, most likely a matter of perspective. I'm over it. As a mainly solo freep I do try to give somewhat fair 1v1s; from my short time in the moors I have noticed if you are respectful of 1v1s you, in turn, get more.

Agree, a matter of perspective. And here is mine if it is of any value:
We indeed had a nice 1v1, which ended up with me on 0 power and about 2/3 morale. My initial reaction was to kite, like I have done before (ask Wyver about our 10min + fights), until my Power skill was up, I slowed you to avoid LoS and get more flies, by no means did I intended to go to EC, this was actually by Rocky, but when I turned around you were gone (sorry, my reaction is not stand and die when I have so much morale).
I mounted up and looked for you, teased for a fight, and after being avoided for like 3min Xnoy and you jumped in to attack. No big deal, 2v1 turned into a 3v2 against you afterwards. At that point the idea of a 1v1 was broken and it was a regular moors environment.
Please note that I am not complaining about Xnoy or you. In the end its just a game and I do enjoy the fights. No hard feelings, nice fight again and see you out there!

Tail, overall of the ganks you got on me, we had a couple of good fights that were really close. Shak, near ec along the wall nice fight on actually going for me I give you props. Xnoy, Wyver buddy nice fight near gta those 2 fights were fun first one you whooped my azz but the second one I gotcha back *cheers*... Haz you're one tough flayer warg keep it up, I'll soon or later get you. Piza nice fight near gta, I really thought I was going to get you, but out of the blue your health went up and I think I saw 2 dev's lol, but once again good fight.

Quite a few nice fights this afternoon, on my burglar. Particularly with Cynfive, and another warg whose name I can't remember.
Dirtluk and Hireah showed me how little I know about spiders, despite playing one for a couple of months. Someday I'll figure out how to get these bugs below 80% morale!
Mogmat -- could have been a double-death, rather than a 0-death, if you hadn't Disappeared. Still, I enjoyed the rare fight in the water while it lasted.

Very impresive 1vs1 last nigth Dushur. Had to burn every weapon in my armory to defeat you in flyer stance, and even then the morale i had left was questionable. Looking forward to that fight while traited shadow.

To Rauva, Monday night by good lugz, I have no idea how I won that, assuming you got way unlucky on crits especially since you had the drop on me! You outclass me any day of the week hahaha
To Danethor, we've gone at it several times the last few days in and out of groups, I swear to you I'm not out for your blood we just happen to keep running into each other. Cool to see you in the moors!
Danethor is always a fun fight - just one of the many peeps I like running into when I roam the Moors solo.
What I do find amusing is that when a random freep kills me - they always either run away or call in reinforcements - and half the time I see a large group of freeps surrounding my corpse awaiting the alleged pack I'm leading.
I have to assume I posess some of the best CC in the game ;)
The freeps that know me, and kill me - you know you have my respect and the enjoyment of me having a good giggle and a beer while we fight it out :) Fun is what it's all about!

hey banesrune, i just saw your post now, as you might notice already i don't read much the foruns, I googled my name today by curiosity and found your angry words , i don't remember really about the fight that you were describing or when exactly happened, i only started to think about trying to fight back a 1x1 now that i reached r6 and got the skirmisher stance, before that i usually just try to get to a safe place or keep me alive as long as i can hoping someone near track the freep. Now i'm starting to participate more of the raid fights but lately with this BA i was just trying to farm most of the time and some days was just inpossible because there's some freeps that seems to camp and check quests areas all day and that piss me off , especially when they are a double, so some days after i been ganked a lot i had logged out with "exit game" when i realised i was been ganked again. That's probably what happened, i never stay stationary while 2 or 3 freeps are trying to kill me, even when i know i'm gonna die, so if i did is because i had exited the game, i'm not sure about what happens when you log out while in battle like that but i'm pretty sure that your toon still on the game for some seconds. And please, don't get me wrong, i'm not saying you are one of these freeps who gank on quests areas, i'm terrible with names, even if you ask me for a name of one of those i wouldn't remember unless it has ganked me like yesterdayQuote:

Thanks for the 1v1 again Wyver, after the interruption I figured we could finish it and it turned out to be a good fight!
Also, good 1v1 fight with Konfident inside POP. Had to manage you and the tyrant at the same time, but I gotcha in the end. Fun fight!
