Starting the festival does not require a downtime. All it takes for that is an automated cron job that flips the switch on and one that turns it off (MN Pacific, US).Quote:

Yes, much better communication.
Some rough timeframe is much better than nothing. Even if it is shifted, as long as this is also communicated.
