Killing Blows, and Kill/death ration is useless and flawed information. I question why those stats are even gathered.

Killing Blows simply means that your shot, no matter how large or little damage was dealt, is the last blow to hit a creep/freep and take their remaining morale and resulting in the Killing Blow. This stat doesn't really prove or disprove anything, and IMO is useless when ranking a character.

Kills to Death ration is also useless as it does not reflect any playing style, whether or not any of your character stats (e.g. armor rating, physical mitigation, etc.) played a part in your ability to avoid death. It also does not reflect as to whether or not you hide in the back and soak up renown in a raid while others risk getting defeated. Whether or not a person actually helps kill an opponent in a raid will always be reflected in K/D ratio as a kill. This also relates to how many stars you actually have and keep..which IMO is another flawed statistic.

I know a lot of freeps and creeps that like to hide in the back of a raid, or run/burrow/hide in order to keep their ratings up high. Ratings are just another way some players can feel good about their game play, and stroke their egos by seeing their names on the top of the Leader boards or other rating sites.

IKR, I asked Turbine to give me renown for healing and they told me to join a group. I asked them to give me +kbs for every freep I save. I'll let you know when I get an answer. This might surprise you but sometimes people play their support roles in pvp.

Ah, that would explain the ~14 rpk. You are either a raid babeh, or an extremely ungifted gold-tagger. I hope its the former, although neither option is very flattering.

It's a freep wartab thread, why troll? She's a support class who actually performs her classes' main duty whilst in the moors. Your way isn't the only way to play, so don't troll? And dont allow yourself to be trolled...:P

Fair enough. I only decided to troll her on a whim. I'm a chronic forum checker, and I've noticed that over the years since this particular player started rolling with TvT she started to be quite rude to people on the forums. But hey, I shouldn't just randomly troll, lord knows I've had my fair share of play-style criticism.

Arbitrarily deciding that I'm a role-player now? If you check different servers boards fairly infrequently it really doesn't take long to figure out who the supposed bad boys are. Thelegendarygoat?
