These were taken at an IRL testing session at Barber Motorsports Park last year.
Fully expect to see an IRL race there in the '09 season.
In order from left to right:
- Danica Patrick & Marco Andretti feeling out the track and each other in the hairpin, affectionately known as "Charlotte's Web"
- Helio Castroneves turning laps, shortly after he won Dancing With The Stars
- Looking down pit lane while cars roar by
- My brother-in-law posing with Scott Dixon, who crashed early in the test session.
Now, I know the thread title meant "In Real Life" and not "Indy Racing League". But for me, this is my real life....
And it certainly fits the topic of the thread (except, of course, that I'm not on Brandywine).
