Robe, trousers, pauldrons and circlet from storm-callers, and 2 Nadhin (with essences as listed before).
LI titles: crit def on staff, fire damage and crit rating on book (both via Central Gondor).
LI relics: True Settings of the North, Westemnet Gems of Hope, True Runes of the Dark Wood, Westemnet devices of Tactics.
Virtues: Zeal, Fidelity, Innocence, Compassion, Tolerance (instead of charity - needed due to relic choices).

All this means I sacrifice a little bit of critical defence (crit def on about 46%), to gain extra fire damage (from storm-callers) and some crit rating and mastery (from crafted relics) - tact mastery on about 47k.

There is my setup(3 blue OPs), i run most time with 5+1DA. Only few time with 4+2DA. I change quite few for tact. mastery versus crit.rating. That setup is enough for raid,solo nearly everything.
I though i will build a 27k or 31k morale, but too lazy do it and i leveling my beorn now.
If you land 3 SE and keep it up, dps is around 3k-5k at most time. Crit work well. There are few nice jewell or cloak, but my kinship is empty, so i cant easily grind them

First, a shout of praise to all the LM's who have shared their wisdom and experience here, esp. Spilo.

In the Moors I mostly run in small (kin) groups. I enjoy the social aspect of PvP more than grinding renown solo or soaking it up in raids

I have only 2 lines traited, Red and Yellow. Today, the leader (an excellent all around player) ask me to go blue for the burst dps of Sic Em. I have 100 Mithril Coins to get my third, i.e. blue.

I wondering does the trait tree changes when one moves from solo to small group or partial/full raid, especially the later.

Well i have used blue trait in small or 6man grp aswell(if there wasnt a healer or leader ask for it).
There is my trait i used, with some modification, but almost it works well

I trait also Rapid fire for -induction, but sometime i give those to boost ancient craft or debuff traits(Fire/frost lore). Using Eagle or Bear for +mitigation/power.
Is all about spam WL on dps + SI on healer. If there is time debuff on target. I have aslo equip 4+2DA...1 piece for mitigation like always + 1 with 4 essence of wild(-cooldown Sic Em, i used anytime when fight start to make harder creep Rat also visual advantage=like we are more than 3 or 6man).

I must admit I'd never thought about blue-line as a group v group option. I have run solo in blue. I used to use the build quite a lot. I still have the build: 1 point of fire-lore (or maybe 2, can't recall), and the other non-blue points in red (including the induction reduction). I didn't find the waterlore buff particularly needed when in blue, as it is ridiculously sturdy without (loyalty being especially powerful). Now, when solo, I find red or yellow (both with cross-traiting) more fun than blue, unless there's a warg pack - in which case sic 'em can be good for provoking mistakes, and can buy a little time. I would hesitate, personally, to use sic 'em in many circumstances - where it might dramatically unbalance a fight and be perceived like pressing an automatic "I win" button.

As for group v group, I am intrigued by the idea of some of the blue trait tree being useful to an LM playing the traditional support role. It occurs to me that an LM could choose yellow as the trait tree, but trait deep into blue - giving access to BoH, insta-wound removal, insult to injury passive as well as the speed and buffs of blue, and sic em. I created this one just now in the trait tree planner (it's just theoretical, I've never tried it out):

Or maybe, swap out Feral from this for an extra point each in Mending Lore and Storm-Lore...

Last time i was in moos, thats probaly january, few BA all of suddenn started yo hit me with 12k and 13k shots.
Didnt really have time to look what exactly they where doing, but it was abit too much.
Probably vital target spam or something, in glass cannon build.
Thing is, they can affor class canon with 60k morale and getting hit by 10k or 12k. Me at 19k morale geting hit 12k was abit dsturbing. I was redline, creep mits capped crit defence above 50 and 40% sh resistances on me. Cant remember 4 or 5 aud pieces.

I find disturbing, that 2 ba-s can instakill light from 20k morale in so much auda as you can wear, and all the gold bb jewellry there is.

Only way to counter damage like this is blue line and loyalaty traited, but well. Then there is only sic em spam..

This stuff happend on snowy, mid january. Anyone else had weird damage spikes like this?

With the stats you mention I don't understand why it would be so high the damage.I am with 5/6 aud pieces,capped mits,51% crit def and if I recall correctly and the maximum hit I had been received in this setup from a BA was for a ~6k dev.In my normal red/yellow setup.Was it a solo encounter or further debuffs were in place as well?I assume your tact mits would be capped since it comes easily so the BA traiting fire dmg type would not matter.If could provide any more info it would help but as it is I find it a really high hit for the gear and stats you describe having on.

Up to that day, maximum danage taken was for me also 5 or 6k. 12k hits o n my loremaster was not seen before. In moors on loremaster i have all mits capped.

General setup was 30 or so creeps at GV stairs, daiy ping pong trolling, red map, iam quite sure they where raid members.
As warmup for evning raid fights,ping pong like this can be quite fun. In th end someone goes out, takes few op-s, freeps makes a raid and all the rest of it.

I can only assume, that few ba-s traited all out damage, and survived only with heal stacks on em. Freeps counter with red cappy, yellow guard and all out aoe dps. In the end, some creeps starts to die and ba-s pull back. Did we pushed em back, or it was time for coffebreak, i cannot tell.

I went away from the game for about 2 years but 85 cap I played my filer realistically I didn't touch LM since the end of RoI, so basically 3 years, well I came back to the game and decided to wipe the dust of my shoulder, and boy I do have something's I'd like to say, In my total honest opinion I rock 4 piece lightning 2 piece Essence, Capped Mits, 11k Crit Defense, 22k Resist, Capped Finesse, and 10k Crit, 4k inc healing I of course Rock my Raven PVP always have always will sometimes I bust out the BOG for trolling purposes. My staff is pure Fire best relics etc. I feel like I am a God especially after finishing gearing, good lms have always been god like, but now it seems really crazy I don't know about most of you but I just cant bare blue line even for the eagle never really liked it, Mainly go full reds and the remaining Skill points I dump into yellow, anyways im just looking for pvp lms opinions what's your favorite trait line? do you prefer imp water lore over 60s SI? anyone have any suggestions on things we could change for the lm class? Idk I feel since trait lining came out I kind of miss the old way to trait lol. No QQ or complaints from me though.
