Play style: Solo questing, exploring, and crafting, but I would like to quest in a fellowship, do raids or box runs if some is willing to work with some who is new to groups and show me the ropes. I have never done RP but I am more than willing to give it a try.
I started playing in 2011 but left for a few years because I didn’t have time due to college. I recently returned to the game around the time of server consolidation (I was formerly on the Imladris server). I feel like it is time for me to find a group of folks to adventure through Middle Earth, craft and explore the group content in LOTRO.
I am more than willing to help out others in whatever ways possible be that by crafting items, (currently a master woodworker and a woodworking guild member, and my Alt is supreme metalsmith and member of the metalsmiths guild) or taking on a quest. I am currently questing in Angmar and the Misty Mountains, and I am getting ready to move into the Moria.
As a side note I have Dyslexia so spelling is difficult and I am a slow typist, I hope one shan’t hold that against me.

Seeking active, friendly kinship willing to recruit a casual player whose majority of characters are on another server (Arkenstone as of the server merges; Elendilmir before that).
- Birle is a lore-master from Bree and about to reach level 20 after 3 days of play, and beginning her craft experience as a jeweller.
- She has the capacity to be a roleplay character, but I don't want to feel obligated to roleplay whenever I'm in-game. I have 20 years' experience roleplaying, but don't find much time for it these days.
- I enjoy questing, crafting and festivals. I'd like to be able to do some group content I haven't been able to do with any of my other characters.
- I typically play solo -- or duo if I can get my husband to log in and play -- but currently have no friends on Landroval.
- I have been playing LOTRO for 4.5 years, and I have played every class and race, as well as every crafting vocation.
- My favorite areas of the game are Forochel, Dunland, and all of Rohan.
- If I can find a good kinship to call home, I'd be happy to fill any needed classes/characters for kin activities.

I'm wholly new to the mmorpg world... I have no idea what's involved with roleplaying or raiding or those things, so I don't know how much I want to participate in them. Either way, I need some people who are willing to walk me through the details and will be patient while I'm on the learning curve.
It's a love of the books that has pulled me into the game. I started playing as a result of the Exploring the Lord of the Rings seminar that Corey Olsen is doing. I think because of that I already engage in a good amount of roleplay naturally. Ivonwende is very much like Gildor and the elves that the hobbits meet in the Shire at the beginning of Fellowship, an Exile tarrying in Middle-earth... Her title origin is Lothlórien, but she never stays in one place for long, she's doing her best to clear fell creatures from the land before returning over the sea. Spending a good deal of time among the Rangers in the North Downs and Evendim.
I've been doing craft-work and solo adventuring, but it seems like both can be enhanced by finding a Kinship. Trading goods, fellowship questing, and general exploration are all things that appeal to me. Sometimes I like to toggle off all the UI and roam free, sometimes I'll just farm to make some coin and grind XP.
I've tried to offer up as much information as seems useful because I'm pretty flexible on type of Kinship as far as crafting, or Elf related things, or play style. I'm just trying to find some similar folks to collaborate with.
I've been on a really heavy play schedule recently. A few hours most days, but I just started so the new-factor and trying to level up my main character are contributing factors. I would expect that to fall off as real world obligations creep back in... but I wouldn't be looking for a Kinship if I wasn't planning on devoting several hours a couple of days a week to the game.
I live in Arizona, we forsake MDT and stay on MST all year... so my time relative to everyone else shifts. Evenings and weekends are when I'm active.

Used to raid extensively years ago, PvP'd quite a bit on another account. Main points I hope to get out of gaming is challenging content and progression.

I love to explore, solo because I don't have anyone else to do this with. Blue-line hunter works for tackling most things alone.

Hello! I started playing the game about 7 or 8 years back and then got waylaid by STO, SWTOR and GW2. With the new features LOTRO has along with the bazillion Lotro points I've earned, I decided now would be a great time to try the game again. I have some mid-level toons that had been on servers that got merged, but the game has changed a lot in the last 7 years. Since I really don't remember how to play anything, I just started over with new alts on the Landroval server.

I'm mostly a PvEer type. I do Operations in SWTOR and enjoy raiding, but I've never gotten a toon high enough to be able to raid in LOTRO. Mainly I would like to get a toon to max level for once, do some raiding, enjoy some RPing, see all the sites in Middle Earth, and have fun.

A few hours a week for now in LOTRO, depending on my schedule and Real Life commitments.

Soloing at the moment by default. I'm a bit of a completionist on quests--I generally like to see everything at least once, even if I don't do so on every toon. I enjoy crafting in spite of the grindy nature. And I enjoy raids in other games except for raids that have quirky mechanics that make you fail even if you do things perfectly.

I enjoy playing everything except healers. I work in the medical field for a living, so by the time I get home, I'm ready to do anything but healing. Plus, it makes me stressed out when people die in game, even though I know that it's just pixels. I enjoy playing DPS mainly and I tank occasionally.
While I'm not a hardcore raider at all, I enjoy learning to play a class as well as I can and the challenge of beating a raid with friends. If forced to choose between friendship and winning a raid, I'll take friendship every time. Life is too short, and I game to relax. I do enjoy an occasional PvP match, but hand arthritis makes it hard for me to react as quickly as the elves several centuries younger than me, so I'm not terrific at it.

I'm a geeky mom who's permanently 29, and no, I won't tell you how many anniversaries of 29 I've seen. :) I game on weekday afternoons and evenings Eastern time (GMT-4 or 5 depending on Daylight Savings). I'm looking for a larger, active, helpful, low-drama (there's no such thing as no-drama) laid-back/casual kinship. While I'm Christian, I've enjoyed gaming with people from all parts of the worlds with different religions, politics, ideals, persuasions, you name it, and I'm totally OK if religion, politics, or other hot topics are never brought up in chat or on a forum. I'm also totally OK if you say God and pray, too. Since if I hear a lot of swearing I start getting a potty mouth (which is bad for work), I try to avoid voice chat where members swear a lot. I don't get hung up on the occasional expletive, however. Other than that, I can use any voice chat from skype to raidcall to Teamspeak to Discord to what have you.

I'm newly returned to the game, and after getting bugged by my friend I boosted my character from 30 to 50, only to have him leave me in the dust for GW2 so I am in all manners of the term a 'noob' when it comes to game play.

Love everything lord of the rings ! Lotro just lets me immerse myself in the game and the lore, love to find a great place to fish as much as grind deeds for virtues as much as help kin/kinnies with raids and anything needed and be as helpful as possible within my schedule.

Casual, solo. I enjoy crafting, I love my little rituals of farming and cooking in Michel Delving.
I'm also a completionist, I love clearing out quest and deed logs and I don't like to hurry.
And all in all the main thing I do in this game is enjoy the views and the soundtrack.
