For years everyone (including me) was complaining about this shuffle, but I think the complaint was more that this was the only kind of play being naturally incentivized. OPs etc didn't seem to work that well at incentivizing people away. I notice that the bridge flags have been taken down, which I guess means that TA's keep owners will be the owner of the bridges? It's not clear to me whether lugz rez is now back to where it used to be, where EC has just been moved from. I hope it is!
Since the first camp movement, new rez location at lugz etc, my view changed to think about this classic shuffle more positively. The moors seemed to become worse after that shuffle was interupted with the map changes, although we saw more action towards Isen. It's a tough issue to try and resolve.
Also, that Arena in the western side of the map between DG and HH - could it be possible to enact some mechanics there, or perhaps some sort of NPC challenge available to both sides? I had a thought it'd be cool to see a yellow morale bar Sarah Oakheart or something just standing there, that can be attacked/interacted with by both creeps and freeps, which then starts an encounter that people inside the arena must survive.
There's also a lot of dead space up the hill where the trolls roam, just to the southwest of DG.
