What do you offer kinships?: Been playing MMORPGs for a decade, I am always legitimately happy and willing to take time to help lower level players advance. I'm pretty laid back. I'm often equally satisfied burning through some slayer tasks with a couple kinmates or a marathon of isengard runs, etc. As a support player/offtank I'm very good at developing a chemistry with kinmates to streamline otherwise difficult tasks into something easy. An RK and I in my last Kin worked so well together we could do the 3 man runs with just us two and finish as quickly or faster than with an additional person. Overall, my policy is always that the Kin comes first, and whenever I have the chance to marginally improve my own character or do something that will more significantly improve the Kin as a whole, I'll always pick the latter.

What kind of kinship you are looking for. : A laid back, friendly kin that is ACTIVE. This server seems dead often, so really my only requirements are:
A. Good sense of humor, low stress/tension/drama environment, friendly and welcoming
B. Active. Too often I end up in Kins where there will only be an average of 2-4 other kinmates on at any given time ranging in levels from 20-60, which isn't really conducive to anyone helping anyone else towards their goals. I like raids and stuff, but they're not even remotely essential

Mostly solo these days, im a 1 character kind of man, i have a couple of ads but they are for when i get bored. I like to help out, do gear runs, maybe deed runs and such. RAIDs, Fellowship and all kind of group instances are the reason for wanting to be in a kinship. Mostly i can be trusted to do them at weekends but if there's a signing in system or something of the sorts (Forum Thread, doesn't have to be fancy to be useful) it would be appreciated. Also previewing strategies is something i see as a must for most group plays. NO PvMP (for now)

Mostly lotro, i used yo play about four years ago but i got bored when i got to lvl cap and my kin disbanded so i did solo play for some time when i got the news i was going on tour (music, not military) so i stopped playing and came back about a week ago with a little bit more energy to it and powering up cause im on sabbatical till mid-march.

Because i am awesome ... yeah.
Kidding aside, because they want to, im not a competitive kind of guy but i like to do things as best as possible. I don't mind helping peeps lvl up or gear up if they are needed to do so for especific tasks and i like to craft things for others (ATM im just one tier off capping weaponsmith and prospector again, im almost at cap with my guild and have mats stockep up for crafting LI's). Over all, my play is to get others get better so things get done better.

As i said, i like to help. But i think it's really frustrating to be helpful if peeps that are in a better position than you don't do it also. I generally like Kins that set goals as could be a weekend RAID and help each other out during the weekdays to get in shape for it, get mats, craft items, lvl up, get marks and gear up so the goal is more easily achieved. I think what i want from a Kin is a place where thing are done collectively.
I dislike loot hoarders, peeps that go on their own when they could be helping others or achieving their personal goals in a group faster and then using the extra time to help out and i really hate standing arround doing nothing.

BTW i have teamspeak and the means to communicate online (mics) but my spoken english is a bit rusty, so if there's a Latin American Kin it would be my first choice.
My internet connection is pretty good (i get below 20 m/s in local servers), although im getting about 100 m/s in dwarrowdelf. Im going to look into it and maybe can get it lower but it's a thin chance because of the location of the servers.

Why kinships should be interested in you: I have been playing LOTRO for almost 3 years and had 2 characters capped at 75, 3 at 85, only have taken 1 to 95 so far. I know many instances well enough to "teach" them, and almost all of the rest well enough to not mess a group up. I mostly play a healing RK but dabble in all the classes and work to know my class well. I like to help people, particularly by answering questions or explaining things, and I believe most people I know would agree that I can get along with just about anyone.
What kind of kinship you are looking for: Grouping is one of the most important aspects of the game to me, but all runs and at all levels, not just end-game. I am particularly hoping to find a kinship that focuses on learning and enjoying group content at all levels and does NOT act like reaching end-game is the only goal in the game (although I understand some people/members may prefer that for themselves). I love to level and play even the same-old instances at different levels and with different characters. Please tell me a group like this exists somewhere in LOTRO?

I'm a former subscriber, was around a bit before the game changed over to F2P. I've been gone a few years, planning on returning again and will most likely resub. I mostly do PvE and crafting, not into PvP and I've only done limited group quests. I play mostly in the late afternoons and evenings, I'd say 3pm-5am PST are the average times I log in to games.

Right now my priority is to get in with an experienced group that would be able to pretty much reintroduce me to the game, cover any important changes that I've missed and the new features, basically help me re-learn the game. I'm not asking for someone to hold my hand the whole way, just be able to provide answers to some questions and help me get back on my feet. Being gone 3-5 years has left me with character inventories and vaults full of items I don't remember what they are for, crafting skills that I can't recall certain factors, etc. I'm sitting there staring at my character not knowing what's what. I do remember little things here and there, but not enough to be comfortable with going out and playing on my own.

I do have a mic/headset that I rarely use, as well as the TS/Skype/Vent/Xfire/etc chat programs available if voice comms are recommended. I'm an experienced adult MMO gamer, and I can relearn things pretty fast, so I don't expect to have people "babysitting" me. I have no problem helping where I can such as joining in with group quests, and I have fairly high crafting levels if it proves useful to the group.

I'm told that Riddermark is a fairly unpopulated server, or at least most there are 50+ and running later instances. But if any kinships that are active wouldn't mind opening their doors for a "old-school noob", I'd appreciate it. Feel free to PM me if you have an opening available.

I'm still very interested in grouping; seems like many people are burned out on instances since they've "done them for years now". As a west coast player that's not at all true for me, since groups are so painfully rare at the times I play. At this point I've seen all but one of the instances I own (never done OD-Ivar/Gortheron, and never bought the Erebor cluster), but there are quite a few that I've only done once (BG, OD-Disease/Poison, LT, SS, DDG, Fornost-Shadow; also ToO when/if that gets scaled and becomes relevant again) and/or only done while greatly over-levelled (OD-Disease/Poison, Fornost-Earth/Fire, Helegrod-Drake/Spider). And there are even more instances that I've only done a small number of times and would be happy to do more, across many different characters. :)

Other than that, I'm an experienced player with maxed out characters who have been at cap since 65 or 75, depending on the character. Happy to help kinmates with crafting or grouping if asked. I'm an officer in one of my kinships though I don't really play much on that server these days.

I've been looking for a way to find groups at the times I play for almost three years now, with little success. So far, my transfer of my main to Brandywine has been the best I can do - it's the largest US server, occasionally there's a PUG in glff, and (AFAIK) I've joined the best kin on the server. So sometimes I can group as often as twice a week, though that's dwindling to more like once a week or less lately. Which is fairly decent by west coast standards, though from what one sees on the forums apparently that's just terrible by European standards. :)

I'm throwing this post up on the off chance that there might be better options out there. I know Landroval is not too far behind Brandywine in size, particularly when one restricts the count to just level 95 characters. Are there kins there who are active at US west coast hours (say 8pm-midnight Pacific aka 11pm-3am Eastern/servertime on week nights) or on weekends? Is there some large concentration of west coast players on one of the other servers? I know for certain that Arkenstone does not; pretty sure Vilya doesn't either. Those were my original servers, and I have a champ, warden, and captain looking to transfer to a better place at some point. Possibly to join my burglar on Brandywine, possibly to spread to Landroval or some other server.

Aside from "active grouping at times I actually play, instead of in the afternoon/early evening like all the east coast players prefer" :), I'm looking for what I'd term a "serious casual" kin. I've interacted with some hardcore raiders over the years and have generally not been impressed with them at all. Plus I gather there aren't any left in LOTRO anyway. But I would like to see BG again, and do all of OD on level, Helegrod wings on level, do skirmish raids more often than once in a blue moon, do a variety of 6-mans reasonably often (*not* just Sambrog/OE that were done to death at 85), etc.

I'm well aware that the ideal kinship I'm looking for probably doesn't exist anymore, if it ever existed at all. But it doesn't hurt to ask! :)

Playstyle. (Solo, group, PvE, PvP, RAIDs, casual, hardcore, end-game, RP, no RP, time limited, crafter, “I don’t know, I’m new to this kind of game”, etc.): I'm pretty flexible on this. I am more time limited. Main playing time is Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.

Why kinships should be interested in you. In other words, why choose you and not another player. What do you offer kinships?: I'm still in the process of learning the game. Highest level at this point is 35. I'm all up for helping out new players though and I'm a team player. Very laid back attitude and I love getting involved in whatever is going on.
What kind of kinship you are looking for. (This one is very important for recruiters): I'm wanting to try out the RPing aspect of the game. I enjoy adding a new angle to the playing. I am totally new to this type so heads up on that :)
