The bottles of Oban, Ardbeg, and Laphroaig were the newest additions to this round of tasting. I've gotta be straight honest: The Ardbeg Uigeadail is one fab single malt! Easily won the "Peat-off" against the 18-year Laphroaig. Even made the Talisker and Lagavulin seem tame. Guess the Scotch of the Year Honors for 2009 & 2010 were not misplaced~ Can't wait to see what the Ardbeg Supernova is like. Supposed to be the peatiest of peat monsters. Will have to track down a bottle along with the 18-year Talisker that's already on the way from the distributor~
