Oh very nice, thanks for linking! I'm a big fan of Tolkien's tengwar script, so it's nice to see a cosmetic that features it. Too bad I hadn't even heard of LOTRO yet when Moria came out. :/

Oops, have to correct this. The boots are Sturdy Silvan-Hide Boots dyed evendim blue. Both the Silvan-Hide and Boots of the Ruin-Hold are quest rewards and both do not dye anywhere near what you'd expect, so I had to experiment a bit. For example, Boots of the Ruin-Hold look grey when dyed navy. :p The quest rewards probably have other quest and world drop counterparts (I'd also check the skirmish armour vendors).

For the record, I do think it's neat that some pieces of gear don't dye "straight."

Also--ooooh, cool new RoI cosmetic-y stuff!
