woooow! TEMPLAR DESIGN! you have read my mind :D i have been thinking, about how to make a templar in lotro, for a few days ;)
great job!
Beat me to the Assasins Creed outfit, but it looks better on a Burgler than a Guardian anyway :)
I got tired of the Pre-Order Rohan outfit, especially when I saw Theodred and his men, so I decided to make my own Rohirrim outfit with some of the new gear. First try was just with quest and rep items:

It was ok, but I really wanted something more from it, so I asked my buddy what the heavy armor looked like and wound up having him make me a few pieces.

http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...y4b/Rohan3.jpg
The pieces are:
Head: Helm of Rohan, White (store)
Shoulders: Potent Calenard Battle Pauldrons, Grey (crafted heavy armor crit)
Back: Plain Cloak, Forest Green (Outfitter)
Chest: Dunlendings Hunting Jacket, Rivendell Green (Dunlending Rep vendor)
Gloves: Vibrant Calenard War Gauntlets, Black (crafted heavy armor)
Legs: none
Boots: Vibrant Westfold Battle Boots, Grey (crafted heavy armor crit)
I so love the current outfits :) One thing I wonder though -being stuck at lowlvl for nearly 2 yrs now, damned alt-itis- are all these hauberks cosmetic items? Are they quest rewards? Skirmish marks required? Anyway, thanks for sharing! Great job!
Most of the RoI stuff is quest rewards, which sucks since if you like a piece you have to keep. Not nearly as good for cosmetics as when you can buy them from a vendor who sells grey gear.
Some of the really nice stuff though is crafted so as long as you have a friend or an alt you can get again. Also I think they were removing the restrictions for putting gear in the wardrobe, so your low level characters could have a friend make level 75 gear for them and you could put it in the wardrobe and wear it.
thanks for all the nice words guys! :) today's outfit is hunter's one, remotely inspired by Robin Hood and again uses RoI cosmetics (quest rewards unfortunately):

While everyone else is banging out new outfits from RoI, I have to make do with limited access to RoI craft recipes since I don't have the expac yet. (Avoiding land rush, etc.) Meanwhile, I was obsessed with getting one of those very elusive Inn of the Forsaken marks to complete this:

Matches the old Harvestmath mount quite nicely--

Some of the new light armor cosmetics (in this case, the robe) are quite nice!
My RK goes tribal for her travels in Dunland!

Thanks! Here's what I used:
Helm: Visage of the Bear (LOTRO store)
Back:Elk-hunter's Pack (LOTRO Store)
Shoulders: Shoulders of the North Drake
Chest: Dwarf Iron Armour
Legs + Gloves: Moria purple medium armour
Anyway, here's another outfit.

Wow, oh wow. I am SO excited about those cosmetics. And can I say that I love, love, LOVE the fact that any of my characters can cosmetically wear whatever they want now.
Question, though. Are most of those cosmetics quest rewards? Skirmish rewards? Raid rewards? Because I haven't seen any of them in the store. And if they are quest rewards, please tell me you can do them multiple times to get all the different variations. (I only have one character near high enough to quest in the new area.) Thank you!
Edit: And out of curiosity, for the most part, are those new pieces armor or COSMETIC armor?
those i posted myself are all dunland quest rewards, armour pieces. most of the designs repeat over different quest chains with different stats and names, so you might be able to acquire most of them (if you pick by design, not stats). i always post source of the pieces on my blog - for dunland ones i don't know the quest names, but i can advice on chains/location if i remember and you ask in comments :)
for today, i got back to pre-RoI cosmetics a little to match the wonderful dragonscale cloak acquired in Dunland :)

Hunter time :P And no not in browns and green cause this hunter tanks like a boss ;) Sorry healers. Gloves, Shoulders and Chest are your basic Isengard armor found through while questing. As you can guess no pants are needed :P And OD Raid Helm. For all those who couldn't afford the 300 Medallions... they are now at 100 for each piece :) Best looking sets of armor in game.

My champion Thallianus has got some new stuff from Isengart:

Al pieces are rewards from quests of the "valley of bones" (using a german client, I don't know the exact english term for "Knochental" ;-) )
The Isengard things are literally gorgeous. I have almost every design stuffed in my wardrobe.
Here is my RK dressed up as a "Gladiator" of Isengard, forced to battle other slaves for the Orc's amusement. Was inspired to do this when my eyes fell on the One shoulderpad shoulders. I'm totally loving the One-shoulderpad-armour look :D

And here is a more proper and "gothic-like" outfit. I loved the gloves and robes and They look very ncie in black. Inspired by an RP character of mine who is like a modern goth :)
