Is this the known behavior at this point? Skirmishes/deeds/etc don't show up on my characters (e.g. this one http://my.lotro.com/home/character/meneldor/tarligond ) after the 9/8 F2P change. I do have an expired trial account that was causing problems, but now I can get in as my lifetime account.
Sigh. Hopefully when it is repaired I'll be able to see skirmishes not taking 0 seconds also, and I'll get my lotteries back :)
I think that in order to justify keeping their jobs, the web developers must constantly need about a 6-month backlog of bugs to fix.
That's why just as soon as all the community sites seem to be working well, a massive overhaul is rolled out, which introduces 6 more months of new bugs.
After all, if they got it right the first time, there would be less of a need to keep them around. A much smaller crew could maintain what was already working.
Be thankful mylotro even shows your toon or kinship as available/ in existence....like 50 to 80% of the searches for known toons seems to fail now...it was never perfect, but the % of fail is way way up.
Can you provide example name of toons you are searching for but not finding. Also, when you are searching for toons, are you using the 'Entire Site' option or the 'Characters' option?Quote:

Hi, I think this might be the most relevant thread to post in, though it's ever so slightly off topic. While others aren't seeing their characters update on the community page, I'm not seeing one specific character of mine at all. I am able to view the details, skirmish stats, activity etc of all of my characters except for Elliestris. She's the only one that, no matter what I press, I get the "Error: An error occured while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience." message.

Are you seeing this only for toons on a particular server or across all servers. I haven't had any updates for a while either. I ranked last night, and it's not showing up on the leaderboard. My renown on the leaderboard is accurate as of thursday, or thereabouts.

Well, its Monday morning and the servers are down so I cannot quote exact gear changes but I've been playing my Champ: Fafnhir over the last week and his level is now 58, not the 54 portrayed by his character sheet. Also the two leaderboards listed above stiill do not have the expected infamy. My Weaver Ungolmoth has 24,870 or so infamy now (halfway to Rank 6 woo hoo).Quote:

Several of my toons on Brandywine aren't showing updates on the Character Sheet / Details page, however the Activity Log pages are all current as of today. I know for sure five of my toons have the wrong level and gear on the character details page, and they were last updated around 11/27. Here's an example: my level 30 warden Illilli hit level 16 on 11/25 and level 17 on 11/27, but the character details page shows level 16.
My Guild roster (Figli del Vento) on Brandywine has the same problem.
And my profile is not updated. I've a lot of ghost profiles.

My character sigs still show me in a kinship I left last week.
Additionally, one of my characters says that they are 46 when they are actually 51.
Any word on this? I've also submitted a bug report, but haven't heard anything.
I'll chime in since I have the same problem. No update on my Brandywine character details, but the activity log is current.

Active toons on Landroval are Kariella, Jayavani (in Broken Shadows)
the deleted toon is Karibella and there is a L2 toon which is not updating
The first toon I made jayavani shows as L10 and then stopped... but the others say error as if the toon was never logged in before
Anyone know if this is the proper place to report such issues, or if we should be sending an email or PM to an individual instead? I'd hate for us all to be reporting things here and it not getting to the right people to fix. :)

One of my characters that was updating fine until a few days ago is now stuck.
I reported the bug via forums of my characters not updating but haven't heard anything on it. Today I came across this thread, which is good cause I thought I was the only one experiencing this problem. My main character in my sig is actually level 28 but its showing level 22. The site is showing correct activity in logs yet its not updating the info under character details for all of my characters.
I've never gotten that page to work properly. My recently created characters are showing up but it often takes days to see them updated. Then again, there are characters that I've deleted over a year ago that still show up. It's a nice idea but it has to work to be useful.
It looks like we got a partial update yesterday! :) Not everything is updated, but some.
Yeah I have at least one charcter that has a big gap in his activity logs.

OK, it seems like things have caught up since the patch on the 29th. You should see your character sheets and sigs updating appropriately. Kin lists should be as well, but I have no solid data to check on that score. If yours has or hasn't updated, please let me know in this thread or via PM.
My character sheet and log in my.lotro.com are not updated since a week or so too.
The character is the one in the sig and I can provide more info if needed.

ha My toon is level 45 and it bounces between showing when i was level 41 and 44, and will not update other than that.I don't know why they seem to do temporary fixes
Hello, Hopefully one of the Devs are reading this. My entire Character Profile has not updated since about the end of December, My lvl 34 Warden is still sitting at lvl 31, My lvl 22 Captain is still sitting at lvl 21, and my lvl 17 Lore-master is still sitting at lvl 7, None of the Equipment has updated on these toons in a long time on all my toons. I hope you are able to fix this soon It is really frustrating not being able to update my character's on Guildlaunch.com
My characters are also not updated. I regeared my champ and reached 65 on cappy last week. Champ has old gear from last week and cappy is still 62. I log both of the chars daily and play.

mine are also not updating, since at least the 26th. kinda aggravating since i have an alt i'm working on that shows as 20 and she's 25 now. which also means she is ineligible for those mid level lotteries.
My characters haven't been updated since my main was level 27. She's now level 32.
My character Drewferd is showing level 15 and he's a level 20. Last logged data looks like 1/27 and I have leveled with him each day since 1/27 thru 1/31. He also has bounced around from level 14 to 18 back and forth. now seems stuck on level 15. Crafting is not up to date either for cooking and farming.
Well mine arent updating either since 1-25. Showing my Captain as lvl 28 when she is 32.
Having problems with keeping our kin updated also since people have joined but they arent on the kin roster. :(
How long does it usually take for these to update. I thought they used to updated on a daily basis.

The updates always seem slow, but I don't think they are working since the Sunday Crash.
Friendly request here for any Turbine/Community staff to acknowledge that this is a recognized issue and/or that this thread is recognized. It's kind of frustrating if the character sheet has anything to do with lottery eligibility (due to level, etc)
Add me to the lsit for this. I have multiple characters showing off bya few levels. And they are almost to the point of being able to qualify for a different level of lottery.

Same here, last time updates were done was 1/27/2011.
I was able to update one of my characters using the widget provided on the individual character's screen but it has not or will not work on any of the others now; having a very hard time finding any information on how to update my characters manually and/or verifying how to use the widget for more than one character (drop down character menu that the widget brings up doesn't seem to be allowing for updates).
Love the opportunity to enter the lotteries (thank you) but can't get my characters into the correct lottery categories!
I just thought I'd post some feedback here~ My forum account has been updated and all my characters are in their respective categories now! Whether it has to do with the previous post or a certain scheduled forum update (or something else entirely) I do not know but I am grateful. I can at least take the time to say thank you to those responsible; your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Is this the place for lottery reporting as well? I have consistently had 5 toons that no longer exist (2 versions or Aralessa, 2 Versions of Dekklen [I do have a toon named Dekklen now, but its not either of the 2 that are shown in the lotto list] and Smeborg) showing up on the lotto list.
I only have one char so this might not be so indicative, but the update is working fine even if with a day or slightly more late.
I was thinking the character data update, rather than a dynamic thing was sort of a background job that ran daily (or perhaps weekly) to extract all character data from the servers database into a web/API accessible copy, but I believe that used to work better before that Sunday where all lotro services crashed. It seems to me it's been broken and perhaps manually patched since then... just guessing here... please Turbine, what's happening?

Still no updates. My hunter is 65 for almost a week now and still it hasn't update any characters.
Just contributing info; My characters are up to date for level, within the last two months at least, but at least a week out of sync based on the armour being worn and money. A very interesting tidbit, is that, ONLY on Valentines day, I carried around a Valentines card (special item, it has a different name, something like 'Romantic Note', I can't recall). This item is in my main hand in my.lotro, suggesting what I am looking at today was updated on Feb 14th.
After the server crash a couple of weeks ago mine stopped working. Then, for a while, it was working again perfectly. However, it is now broken again and none of my characters have updated since the 16th of this month.
Did the intern at Turbine who was supposed to press the update button fall asleep again?
Just adding my report that characters and levels haven't been updating since 2/15/2011. We are using "LOTRoster" to pull the data.
Stopped at Valentine's day too. It seems we found the timeframe....let's hope it's useful to who will have to fix this.
Now even my sig is not updating..... I'm level 36 now.
Mine stopped on the 14th on all accounts, as well. I've decided we need to send them some beaver spray to stop the dams from cropping up.
Still no updates to Character Logs, Skirmish Leaderboards or PvMP Leaderboards since at least the 16th. Let me guess, this will get re-fixed, then Update 2 will hit a week later and break it again. Add me to the litany of names calling for a return to the old forums. Why provide these cool tools if you aren't going to maintain them and ensure your site works?:mad:

My characters have not updated since late last year, so it would be nice if this could be fixed somehow.
Sent a support request telling them to post here so that pwople will see they're on this.... however thay say they are investigating it.
Oh... and I just noticed my character is updated to yesterday.
Same, got problems with char updates since 12-1-2011
It seems none of the chars i've created and levelled since then have been updated. (Their stats/lvl are not updated and new chars don't appear in my character sheet list...)
Got a char level 34 now that appears to be 27., another at lvl 24 that appears to be 11, and a new lvl 14 char that don't appear in the list... All my high level chars appear correctly in the list, but they're older than the other ones, of course.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Mine periodically goes on and off. Went out for a fortnight in January, came back, did it all over again and right now it hasn't been updating since the 14th. Maybe the 14th is cursed.
So yeah, I look at the lottery today and all my current characters lvls have upgraded to their current numbers, but I still have characters on the list that no longer exist. :confused:
Just adding myself to the list cause my character page has not been updated since 2/09/11. it is extremely annoying because my char has been 40 for awhile now but still showing me at 35 on the char sheet which is causing me to miss the lotteries more at my level. Please fix this Turbine or at least tell us you are aware of the issue.
I posted earlier in this thread that my characters had not updated, but it now appears that they have. All of mine are current as of the last time I logged off (which was last night). We'll see how long they stay updated this time.
My activity log on two accounts has caught up but the character level of one of my free characters is still 11 levels behind even though its activity log is current. One of my other accounts finally has its characters showing up without their activity log, but the 4th account doesn't have anything showing yet (though accounts 3 & 4 are no big deal). Still, it's nice to see things flowing again; stupid beavers and their dams.
Mine still haven't updated since 2/14, so maybe it hasn't been fixed yet, and Turbine is just manually updated people that are posting.Quote:

Still no updates for 2 full weeks.
Weird. My burglar's got updated all of a sudden (though the quests I completed yesterday aren't showing up,) but my main's still stuck on the 14th, even though I logged in to both of them yesterday.
Edit: Burglar's got fully updated in the meantime (and I am glad about that,) but poor Ardrandir's still stuck in the past.
I'm still getting regular updates by the day. Last entries are to the 27th and it seems it's working good here.
Probably it depends on servers/character as they are fixing it.
One thing that solved for me was send a ticket to them, there is the possibility they have to go through profiles to fix it.
Just checked my character, still showing data from Feb 14. I don't depend on this for anything, so I'm going to leave it alone and see how long it takes to get fixed by LOTRO on their own as opposed to putting in a ticket and pushing the issue.
Still no updates since 2-13 they seem to withdraw money on time for the VIP service though that part has no delay
Same problem. Characters are not up to date and some like my new ones that are up to level 20 are not even showing up.
same with me unfortunately. It shows chars that dont exist on any servers anymore and had been deleted. I cant select a character as main so that I can start blogging. When i login i get the same above error on the mylotro page.Quote:
