underwhelming but still better

The added damage that was added with update 30 to red tree Beorn was helpful but you missed the mark with the "execute" skill.
The skill should be renamed to "Big Scratch" as that's all it does.
For all the skill points invested (6) and consuming all the wrath you would think it would do some devastating damage, but it's only a big scratch. /sigh

Also, I tried this skill 10 times having to use thrash t3 to trigger execute on a combat dummy, it never did a critical hit even though my crit rating was at 45% with 100 wrath.

I'm hoping the non-crit execution of this skill is just a bug. Otherwise it's hardly worth using all your wrath on such a wimpy, tree signature, damage skill.

Agreed, the best skill to invest in for a 2-hander is combat run speed duration :P /sigh

Any chance a Dev can chime in on this?

There is no mention of ignoring a players stats in the skills description.
Some clarification as to why or that it will be addressed would be appreciated.

Edit: using "ferocious roar" in red tree says your next attack will critically hit .. but "execute" does not. :(
